機械加工可分為切削加工和壓力加工機加工件是用各種機械加工設備加工成型的機械零部件,主要是指不發(fā)生化學(xué)反應的加工方式,機械加工主要有手動(dòng)加工和數控加工兩大類(lèi)。

手動(dòng)加工是指通過(guò)機械工人手工操作銑床、車(chē)床、鉆床和鋸床等機械設備來(lái)實(shí)現對各種材料進(jìn)行加工的方法,手動(dòng)加工適合進(jìn)行小批量、簡(jiǎn)單的零件生產(chǎn)。
Manual processing refers to the method of processing various materials through manual operation of mechanical equipment such as milling machines, lathes, drilling machines, and sawing machines by mechanical workers. Manual processing is suitable for small batch and simple part production.
數控加工(CNC)是指機械工人運用數控設備來(lái)進(jìn)行加工,這些數控設備包括加工中心、車(chē)銑中心、電火花線(xiàn)切割設備、螺紋切削機等,數控加工以連續的方式來(lái)加工工件,適合于大批量、形狀復雜的零件。
Numerical control machining (CNC) refers to the use of CNC equipment by mechanical workers for machining, including machining centers, turning and milling centers, electric discharge wire cutting equipment, thread cutting machines, etc. CNC machining processes workpieces in a continuous manner, suitable for large-scale and complex shaped parts.

(1)零件應按工序檢查、驗收,在前道工序檢查合格后,方可轉入下道工序;(2)加工后的零件不允許有毛刺;(3)精加工后的零件擺放時(shí)不得直接放在地面上,應采取必要的支撐、保護措施,加工面不允許有銹蛀和影響性能、壽命或外觀(guān)的磕碰、劃

(1) Parts should be inspected and accepted according to the process, and can only be transferred to the next process after passing the previous process inspection; (2) The processed parts are not allowed to have burrs; (3) When placing precision machined parts, they should not be placed directly on the ground, and necessary support and protection measures should be taken. The processing surface should not have rust, damage, or other defects that affect performance, lifespan, or appearance; (4) The surface of rolling precision machining shall not have peeling phenomenon after rolling; (5) After the heat treatment process, the surface of the parts should not have oxide skin, and the mating surface and tooth surface after precision machining should not be annealed; (6) The surface of the processed thread shall not have defects such as black skin, bumps, loose threads, and burrs.
