（1）適時(shí)排除冷凝器包養不凝性氣體和潤滑油。

（2）根據精密空調冷卻水系統的運行情況，定期清洗冷卻塔接水盤(pán)和管道系統中設置的除污器、水過(guò)濾器。

2風(fēng)冷式冷凝器的保養

對于精密空調風(fēng)冷式冷凝器的正常保養主要是根據傳熱翅片上積灰情況，定期進(jìn)行吹除或清洗，以保持傳熱面的清潔。
For the precise air-conditioned air-cooled condenser, the normal maintenance is mainly based on the deposition of dust on the heat transfer fins, and regularly purge or clean to keep the heat transfer surface clean.
3冷卻空氣用蒸發(fā)器的保養
3 maintenance of evaporator for cooling air
（1）定期吹除或沖洗蒸發(fā)器傳熱翹片上的積灰;

（2）冷庫用蒸發(fā)器，根據排管表面霜層的厚度及時(shí)除霜;

4其它輔助設備的保養

（1）干燥過(guò)濾器：要隨時(shí)注意液流指示器對制冷劑含水量的指示，當它的指示片為淡紅色時(shí)，干澡過(guò)濾器中的干燥劑失效，應立即更換干燥劑。
(1) drying filter: we should always pay attention to the indication of liquid flow indicator to the moisture content of refrigerant. When its indicator piece is light red, the desiccant in dry bath filter fails, and desiccant should be changed immediately.
（2）中間冷卻器、氣液分離器：定期對浮球閥進(jìn)行檢查以及在機組大修時(shí)進(jìn)行吹除和承壓試驗，分離器中有加熱裝置時(shí)還應定檢查加熱裝置。
